Terms And Conditions

Patients at Ncbible are treated and cared for by specialists in their respective fields at all times. We only work with people and businesses who we know and trust to provide high-quality products and services. Our patients may be certain that their treatment will be of the utmost quality and attention because of our cheap price.

Mr Ncbible Doctors charges a fee for a first consultation visit in order to maintain our professional and ethical standards. For a second opinion, there is a cost (please contact Ncbible for information).

We don’t charge you to see one of our Nurses or Practitioners. Our staff is here to assist you in making an educated decision about your treatment or procedure by providing you with all the relevant information and medical guidance.

All non-surgical visits and consultations with our team of physicians will now cost £50 effective July 1st, after a recent surge in bookings.

It’s only to hold your appointment, but you may use it to pay for treatment afterwards. Please note that the booking cost is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed with treatment and cancel during our 48-hour period of grace.
At the time of arranging your appointment with an adviser/call handler, payment will be collected.

At least 48 hours before your planned appointment, you can cancel by phone, email, or in person. Please do so as soon as possible to minimise any confusion and to help us maintain our high quality of care to all of our patients. Thank you for your cooperation.

For appointments with our nurses or practitioners, we retain the right to demand a deposit from individuals who fail to show up (or those who do not cancel a booking at least 48 hours prior to booking date). To ensure your appointment, you must pay in full if you cancel or fail to show up two times in a row.

In the event that someone cancels an appointment with Ncbible less than 48 hours in advance, the booking money can be transferred to a new booking.

Please know that we will always try our best to accommodate your late arrival, but there may be certain instances when your appointment may be rescheduled because of it.

Care Quality Commission laws prohibit us from treating or admitting patients under the age of 18 — for their own safety – because of this. If this is an issue for you, we’ll do all we can to help or reschedule your appointment.
Please contact 079 7110 0472 to schedule an appointment.

We’ve had to institute the following policy as of the 1st of February 2016 due to an unusually high number of missed appointments:
You’ll receive a text message 48 hours before your appointment to confirm it. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, a notation will be put on your record advising our admin staff to accept full payment when the next appointment is booked.
If you are consistently more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, this policy will be enforced. There’s a good chance none of the things mentioned above will cause you any stress, and we’ll do everything we can to make your visit go as smoothly as possible.

Please do not bring children under the age of eight to your appointment or treatment. Please bring your children with you so that we can provide a thorough procedure in a safe environment for both patients and clinicians during your brief visit to our clinic. Please accept our gratitude for taking our concerns into account.

A complaints procedure is in place at this clinic. We strive to deliver the best possible service at all times, but we recognise that there may be situations when our Clients aren’t content with the service they receive.
Visit our Complaints & Feedback page to learn more.

As a result of this evaluation, we will no longer accept cash payments for surgical or non-surgical procedures in the clinic beginning on December 1, 2019. However, debit and credit card payments will still be accepted.
